Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant 

Are you clinically minded, energetic, organised and passionate about a more holistic approach to health?

We’re looking for a full-time Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our team.

And just to be clear from the outset… this is NOT a receptionist role.

Our CA’s are right in the heart of the practice. You’ll be on your feet, getting stuck in, supporting our Chiropractors, looking after patients and helping keep the whole practice running smoothly.

No two days are the same — and that’s what makes it interesting.

We’re looking for someone who…

🩺 Has previous clinical experience and is comfortable working in a clinical environment.

🦴 Has a good knowledge of anatomy and an interest in understanding the body as a whole.

🌿 Has a vitalistic / holistic approach to health and shares our belief in looking at the bigger picture when it comes to health and wellbeing.

❤️ Is genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best and creating a positive experience for every patient.

🙌 Is hands-on and proactive – you notice what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked.

🧠 Is organised, switched-on and able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.

🤝 Is a brilliant team player who is happy to muck in wherever needed.

⚡ Enjoys being busy, active and involved. If you want to sit behind a desk all day, this probably isn’t the role for you!

What will you actually be doing?

It’s a varied role, which could include:

  • Supporting our clinicians throughout the day
  • Preparing and maintaining treatment areas
  • Helping patients feel comfortable and well looked after
  • Helping the clinic run efficiently and on time
  • Supporting with clinical and administrative tasks
  • Helping the wider team wherever needed
  • Keeping the practice organised and looking its best
  • Being part of the day-to-day energy of the practice

We want someone who takes pride and ownership in what they do.

Someone who is curious about health, enjoys learning, and understands that health is about more than simply treating a symptom.

Someone who can walk into a room and think, “What needs doing?” and then gets on with it.
